Commercial real estate investment is far more than spreadsheets and a series of calculated bets. It’s the ability to affect real change in communities by positively impacting our most basic needs - safety and housing.  My work as a commercial real estate broker far supersedes connecting buyers and sellers. A proprietary ranking system to give better visibility to consumers as they choose their housing and to unbiasedly quantify the overall impact a property is having on the community.
